Link wasn’t working for me either. Did some searching around I think this deal expired.
Still not working today. Tried this morning several times and throughout the day. Still nothing. Maybe mark this as a bad link as i doubt it is expired without some statement on the page indicating such.
Another site posted this but stated it was only for certain states. That might be why some get it and some don’t.
