Does anyone know if Ibotta works after you have already paid for an item? I bought command strips recently at Walmart and I didn’t use the app.
As long as you activate the item and upload your receipt within the time frame that is noted you are good. I just activated an item that I bought 3/18 and the receipt was accepted.
7 days is the time frame I think.
When I gave the cashier the coupon she said that they do not take “these type” of coupons (printed ones) she said that they are fake/duplicates and that they have a sign by their entrance. I used printed coupons just fine yesterday at another location and I told her that Ive never heard of this before. I didn’t make a big deal out of it but then her co worker came up and said that yes they do take them and so then they called over a manager who said that they will take it as a courtesy but they no longer take printed coupons. Did their policy change?
Darn! Sorry to hear about that! Sometimes the policy can vary by store.
The coupon doesn’t work for the Command basics. I tried it at my store and the register wouldn’t accept it. The cashier tried to push it through to no avail! I went back and got the $2.48 pack and the coupon worked like a charm 🙂

The coupon matches any Command brand hook… my cashier created such a hassle because at my store they were only $0.97… but their coupon policy allows for overage so it was a bummer 🙁 Eventually, got it to go through, but a big waste of time! I wish this iBotta was good at Target where it’s better to use coupons

Walmart register won’t accept the coupon either. The cashier asked his manager and he said they no longer accept this coupon. So I said never mind. Maybe I should have just bought it. Wasted my trip :/
