   Thanks! My points expired a couple months ago & I was so sad. I sent an email nicely asking if they could be reinstated and they were! It never hurts to ask!

  Thank you for mentioning this. I just logged in for the first time in quite awhile & was disappointed to see my points have expired as well. I went ahead & sent an email to see if they would reinstate them.
