    These are fabulous to use at work. I am a teacher and put my leftovers in after dinner at night then take it to work with me and plug it in. It’s perfect temperature at lunch without leaving my desk!!

    I posted this on the other thread regarding this product! Thought I should put it here as well to put warn everyone.

    Now, that I have your complete attention, I have something to say that is very important.

    I just tried to order three of these, after putting all my information in to complete the order I kept getting the this message,

    “Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience!”

    Soooo, I went in, checked everything, retyped it all to see if somehow I had done something wrong, and tried again. I got the same message again. Sooooo, did it again. SAME MESSAGE AGAIN!

    Now I get the message, “Order submit has been disabled please try again in 24 hrs”

    So, I decided to see if there was any evidence on my bank account of trying, and to see if there was some message the bank was giving. There is plenty of money in there to pay for the three I wanted.

    My bank account has been PENDED for THREE orders at a total of $32.48 each. That is almost $100 out of my bank account.

    The Crockpot company is not open until 8 am tomorrow, so, no help there.

    DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE CONTINUE TO MAKE THAT ORDER WHEN YOU GET THE MESSAGE THAT YOUR ORDER COULD NOT BE COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!

    UPDATE:

    I updated this on the other thread earlier this afternoon. Decided I should do it here too!

    Here is the update:

    Crock Pot(Jarden)
    I called them 4/3/17 at 12:25 pm-Explained I had emailed them on 4/2/17

    Three times system told me, “Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience! I tried all three times to make the order go through, knowing that I had put the correct information into the payment information portion.

    Then system locked me out. “Order submit has been disabled please try again in 24 hrs”.

    So now I called Crock Pot, haven’t heard from them yet, I get tammy on the line.

    Tammy says she sees no orders, and those are just authorizations, they won’t go through, they will just drop off. I explained this money Tammy sees no orders on, and no charges, however, are shown on my bank account with three purchases pending for $32.48. This money has been taken from my account and put on hold. Unuseable for me for at least 3-5 days. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I asked to speak with her manager. Tammy has no ability to understand the actual issue here, which is, my money is taken from my account and unuseable for me. She didn’t care, it wasn’t her money. No big deal to her.

    Robert-Supervisor on duty came to phone (nice man by the way). He explained that the charges will drop off, he said the system was not getting the correct authorization from the bank. Then he apologized profusely about the problem and I gave him hypothetical thoughts on what could happen if those charges were to occur to someone who really could not afford to have more than one purchase taken out of their bank account.

    I also used the hypothetical description of, “What if when I purchased my $1500 refrigerator online, and three purchases were taken out all at once, all because their system wasn’t working properly?”. That would throw me into being bankrupt in my account, and all bills would just bounce. He understood quite clearly what I was saying, he empathized with me and said he had actually been in a situation similar to this before. I explained, their system needs to be fixed, the wording should have been something in the effect of, “Sorry, your order could not be processed, please call us at ##########, so we can help you complete your order”. I also told him it should have been locked immediately so I couldn’t try to correct their error, as the system told me to do.

    He agreed, the wording should be different, the order system should have been locked out so I would not have tried three times, like their system kept telling me to do. He said he would give them (IT) ideas to fix their system in some way, so this does not happen again.

    Robert offered to send me at no charge, because of my inconvenience, all three of the crock pot mini’s I was ordering. I thanked him for that. Already got the confirmation email.
