I felt compelled to comment: safflower oil is sooo good for you and has a very light flavor that goes well with anything. Very underrated; we LOVE it and use it all the time! On the “oil-spectrum” it is one of the oils that is highest in the “good fats” and lowest on the scale containing “bad fats” (the names of the fats currently escape me but if you’re curious, you can easily look it up)
We love safflower oil as well!
Agreed, and its very mild in flavor but has a high smoke point, so its great for use in a skillet. The only oil higher in omega 6 is grapeseed oil!
