I don’t like how they changed their last page during checkout. It used to tell you how many points back you will earn if you redeemed points in the same transaction. I always had to play with how many points I could redeem and still get earn points.

P.S. I used $5 surprise points. On the order confirmation page, it said I earned $23.22 in points, but in my SYWR account, order history, it shows ZERO base and bonus points earned. ” Redeemed Points 5010

I decided not to use my $4 in surprise points just to prevent this hassle and mine is doing the same thing. I did a screenshot of where is says I’ll earn $23 back, but just like yours, it says 0 back on the confirmation page.

I ordered the slow cooker and have yet to see any points added back to my account. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get them back?
They don’t get added until you pick up the item or it gets shipped out.
I ordered for store pick up last night. Haven’t gotten the pickup email yet but when I checked my Sears app this morning points were there (weren’t there last night). I also used 79 cents of syw points when placing the order so including tax I got it for less than $2! I needed one too 🙂
