I’m confused, isn’t this just a contact form?
The links direct to the “Contact Us” page on the Viva website. Is this correct?
Error message that says, “Sorry, we cannot find the page you are looking for”.
Takes me to what looks like a complaint form.

I’ve done it several times and it says Sorry we cannot find the page you are looking for. It is a Contact Us form, but it does say free roll of paper towels in the little paragraph at the top of the page. But it’s not working for me.

Once I requested the desktop version of the site, it changed over to the entry form. Try that if you are on mobile.

Link took me to a page where you fill out your contact info. Once I did that and hit “submit”, a new page appeared and said my paper towel is on the way!

I see a customer comment page. It doesn’t mention a free roll of towels. Am I missing something?

Cool thank you! This is what worked for me. I used Chrome on my android phone, took me to customer service, then I checked the box in the chrome menu to request desktop mode and it showed up correctly.
