Sorry for the confusion Jenny! It looks like code DRESSY only works for the women’s dresses and code DRESSES20 will apply for 20% off the Girls, Baby and Toddler dresses instead. Hope this helps!
I had trouble with the “DRESSY” code also. The target site lists “DRESSES20” as the code for the baby clothes and it worked for me. 🙂
