I usually go through the regular checkout. If it beeps, they just have to press yes. My bic 1.50 q asked for age he hit something and then the 1.50 applied.
Do they actually give you credit for the overage, or a gift card?

Each computer/device should allow 2, but don’t put in the number 2 in the area that pops up when you hit print, instead go back and print again. Hth

You can print two more from your Android or iPhone. As long as you have a wireless printer.

I hate going through cashiers at Walmart because they take forever and constantly question me. This one lady had scanned all my products and bagged them. When I gave her the coupons, she actually took each time out of the bags and check to see if I’m couponing with the right products. She took AGESSSS and this man behind me kept screaming “GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. GET OUT OF HERE!!!”. It was so embarrassing for me. It ruined my night and I’m scared to use coupons again. Is it possible to scan coupons at the self checkout? It would be way more convenient and less nerve-wracking for me.
I use self check and scan coupons. At the end you will see coupon tab with all the others asking cash, check, credit card etc. but it only takes off the cost no overage. Also, many cashier don’t know Walmart policy of full coupon value. You need to print out there coupon policy (but it’s alway a hassle).

Depends on how your store’s SCO registers are set up. A few wks ago, I was using some $2 q’s that were more than the shelf price ($1.97), they scanned thorough, but still needed cashier approval. She just came over and put her number in, didn’t even look at my q’s. Good luck!
I’ve used a coupon at self checkout. It has been a while since I was at a Walmart. I recall the register beeped and I flagged down the self-checkout cashier. She came over and approved the coupon. No hassle or anyone looking at me as there are several more self-checkout registers for customers to choose from. This is a much more discreet way to use coupons on your purchased items. Good luck!
Sorry that happened. The rude guy should’ve gone to customer service!! I’ve used qs at self check out. I did get overage but yes depends on cashier cuz some want to adjust down tho they’ll get the full value of the q when they turn it in 🙄. I go for full value and will cancel an order.
This is exactly what happened to me at Target when I got the Bic pens and Barilla pasta. I don’t know what the cashier did to the register but after she scanned my coupon for the Barilla pasta, it says “No match”. She says the item was only $1.69 and my coupon was $1.75 so it’s not possible. Then she scanned my coupon for the Bic pens, and the same thing popped up on her register. I also bought a couple of the easter snickers 2 to go candies and used the $1/2 mars easter printable coupon and she said it has to be the big bags and the system won’t take it too! She had to manually enter the coupon for me after showing her that the candies are included in the coupon. She was willing to manually enter it after seeing that I won’t be getting it for free. I didn’t have time to argue with my other coupons as the line was already long. I just told her to void my transaction. If only she knew I already did a transaction a few days ago at the same store without any problems!
Thanks to everyone who replied! I was able to use my four razor coupons at self checkout and all four coupons worked fine! I was able to also score two camis and play-doh with the overage. No more hassle and anxiety from now on, phew!

LOLLL, I need some of that fiestiness!!! I really should’ve just told him to calm down but I was so embarrassed I ran out of that store as fast as I could. Honestly there’s full of rude people like that in MA. No wonder why people refer to us as massholes (heh excluding me of course 😉).
I love free but I will pass. I am tired of clerks not allowing coupons or not allowing more than one like coupon (even if it says four), or just not taking the coupon at all. It isn’t worth my time or frustration.
I have a question .. I went to Walmart to use my 4/1 coupon on the Bic silky touch 10 count and the cashier (and also manager) said it is not included to use for the coupon . They said that is a trial size and it has to be either the flex 5, soleil Bella , or simply soleil or something in that family . Is this right ?

I did this deal today and I had a cashier at Walmart tell me that it wouldn’t work for the Bic disposables I was purchasing because they didn’t match the picture on the coupon. I was too tired to argue with her so I just went to the self checkout and it worked no problem.

If only for today the cashier went by the pic lol I had a Gillette razor coupon and my item matched the pic but the wording was confusing so it was a no go with that cashier. 1 Gillette razor or disposable ( 2ct)…..
I went to Walmart today and was able to get 16 razors and two packs of Extra gum (thanks to the coupon overages) for $0.01! Thank you SO much for sharing this. The coupons scanned with no problem and the cashier even asked me where I got the coupons, of course I told her about Hip2Save. The 2-pack mentioned above is actually a 4 pack! (See the yellow “3+1” in the right corner.) I won’t have to buy razors for a very long time! Thanks again!!

I just did this at my local Walmart. I went through self checkout. I also used my free Eucerin coupon from the Dr. Oz giveaway. They scanned fine and I got the overage, but of course I needed approval. (My total went from $31 to less than $5.) Anyway, the associate came over, had no issues with the Eucerin, but didn’t want to give me the overage on the Bic. I said it Walmart’s policy to give the overage towards my basket/purchase. She said “its 100% not Walmart’s policy. It’s no ones policy.” I was ready to show them on my phone, but a supervisor just came up and approved it. I’m really half tempted to print the policy up and educate…but I’ll move on with my smooth shaven sexy self and drop the negativity. I will take a printed copy next time though.
I automatically pull up their coupon policy as soon as I hit the door off of their Wifi of course 😏 because I’m tired of the cashiers not knowing their own policy. I was at self checkout about 3 weeks ago and I informed the person in charge of that area I would like to price match an item. She asked to see the ad and I informed her I was price matching to Target.com, and she stated I couldn’t because they don’t allow it. I politely showed her their policy. Needless to say she was shocked and apologized. She also thanked me for making her aware. I really wish the stores would understand the verbiage on the coupons. It’s really frustrating trying to explain to cashiers when a coupon states 1 coupon per purchase it means that particular coupon can only be applied to 1 item (meaning I can’t get 2 bottles of ketchup and have them apply the 1 coupon twice—I would need 2 coupons) when there’s a limit the coupon will clearly state limit of x identical coupons per customer/household per day. I was at save a lot on Sunday and they had Borden cheese 2/$4.00 I was purchasing 2 and tried to use two .50 mq, and the cashier refused to take both stating it says limit 1 coupon per purchase (no restriction limit on coupon) I tried unsuccessfully to explain it to him. I had him void the second pack of cheese and left frustrated.

They don’t expire. however, if it’s the kind with a moisturizer attached to it, that can dry out.

I hate disposal razors, it’s HORRIBLE for the environment. All it does is create more trash.
