Has anyone had any success with this? I’ve tried several times today on my laptop as well as phone, and even tried different browsers but the free items never would show up in my cart. The Lancome product is over $100 so it’s well over the minimum. Any tips?
Darn! It is still working for me as I click through. Maybe try clearing your browsing history and try again.
Worked for me on a laptop with Chrome. I had to select which of the gifts and add it to the cart, then all the options popped up.
Thanks, but it’s still not working even after clearing cookies and browsing history. I get a pop up saying I qualified, but it never shows up in the cart. Placed the order thinking maybe it would show up after but no luck, so I ended up canceling the order.

Does this only work for the tints? I tried ordering a Foundation and it won’t appear in my cart either.
I just tested the foundation and it worked for me. Are you using a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, maybe try a different browser. I am using Chrome. Hope this helps!
It wasn’t working earlier, just tried it and it worked. It should automatically show up in your cart, then you make your selection.

I’ve had horrible customer service issues with Macy’s lately and they don’t seem to care about unhappy customers or questions. Hesitant to try and place an order with them in the future.
