Hmm, I still find my entire order to ship Free when purchasing a Hoodie. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, be sure to check in a different browser. It is working for me in Chrome. Hope this helps!
I’ve tried mobile and my home computer. I just called into finish line as well. Clearance items are an additional $2.99 per item to ship because they don’t qualify for free shipping. My shipping was $18.95…..going to pass! 🙂
