If the Catalina is an MQ, you can use with a TQ. If Catalina is TQ, you can use with MQ.
On my experience, no you cannot. Only target catalinas are accepted at target.

That’s great Target takes you coupons, but that is definitely coupon fraud. You need to click the link each time you want to print the coupon (twice per device).
