How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.
Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.
Can I use my bonus rewards from these same products a few weeks ago to buy these and get more bonus rewards?
I don’t think so. You can’t toll the rewards.
Sadly, no. I learned the hard way 🙁 You also will not get rewards for any amount of giftcards you use.
From the website: Office Depot® OfficeMax® Rewards: Rewards are earned on the price paid for a qualifying item before tax and after deducting all discounts and the value of any rewards/merchandise certificates/cards applied to purchase.
I have
Yes I have
I used rewards to pay. Will I not get rewards back? In that case, can I cancel my order?
That is correct. You could always call them to see if you can cancel. Hope this helps!
I read that the reward points that are over but not equal to an additional 1000 points (10.00 Certificate) will expire that quarter. Is this true? If so, then you would loose some rewards, wouldn’t you? Also, does it run per calendar quarter? Thanks for any explanation. I am fairly new and trying to make this work to save money.
