i have a janome 350e embroidery machine that also said it had a 25 year warranty. it broke had awful stitching in 1st year and janome refused to replace it or cover under warranty! paid 2000.00 for machine now 14 years later and I’m outta luck they still refuse warranty.. anyone had experience with janome warranties? thanks!!!!!

31% 1-star reviews on amazon, while competing machines have far fewer. Anyone who does not have time to burn would be wise to avoid a highly likely headache with a machine that may be he most hated thing you ever bought. Reviews indicate support is a pain to deal with and issues with the machine are manufacturing defects that being an experienced user wont solve.

I would like to do some embroidery work on a t shirt. I know nothing about sewing. Will it be useful for someone who is a beginner ?

Probably, but the key to any embroidery, especially a stretchy fabric like t-shirts, you MUST do your homework on stabilizer-the key to success!!!!
