I refreshed the page while processing and it went to error page so I refreshed it again a few times, and it took me back to the link. I didn’t read the whole thing earlier, but it said choose one option (I chose both earlier), so I chose the free one, not the bogo coupon. It said I have the confirmation in the email after a few seconds!
went to mozilla and worked their after refreshing several times filled out form a couple minutes later said I got it sent email to confirm If this helps anyone
