The title of the email should say “Here’s a Free Item. You Deserve to Be Rewarded!” and will be coming from email@extracare.cvs.com. You can choose to print the coupon or send it to your ExtraCare Card; and it expires June 25th.

    My birthday was this week. I used to get 3 ECB for my birthday, but I didn’t get anything. Do they no longer do that promo?

      I didnt get mine either.. I had to contact customer service n they issue me one for my birthday

    If you haven’t got any emails from them in awhile, log into your account profile and make sure you are subscribed to emails. Somehow I was automatically unsubscribed at some point. 🙁

    I go through phases of getting emails and coupons a lot and then none for a long period of time.

      I haven’t gotten emails like that for 1.5 – 2 years now. I am subscribed too. I must go too regularly for them to send me those coupons to try to get me to go in to the store.

    I didn’t get the email. I got the hated 25 percent off. But, I guess, it all works out even. Last week, I got a $2 off groceries email and a $1 off anything (I guess?) printed on my receipt.

    I didnt get it but last night I got a survey email and got $10 in EB!!! Rolled those to get more free stuff… The survey only tool less then 2 minutes I was really surprised but I do get those once in a while. My printer needs toner so I havent gotten any deals for a several weeks so that was super nice!

    I don’t shop at CVS that much, but I am subscribed to their emails, but never get any, I only get the CVS photo emails. I have the app and log in to that often and login to the website too, I will shop online at times. I have contacted c.s. too, but they said to unsubscribe from emails and then resubscribe, but again no luck getting anything but the photo email. I would shop there often if they actually sent me the email so I could see what’s on sale, since they are only 5 min from home, so basically they are losing sales from people, I don’t understand why companies don’t put more money into their online marketing. You can’t even redeem a g.c. for online orders or store pick up, that seems behind the times a bit.

    I got a CVS mailer, today, with $19 in coupons for CVS store brand products. It, also, includes a $3 ExtraBuck reward. So… If you get a CVS mailer, don’t just toss it.

    I never get those coupons anymore. I didn’t get the weekly emails for about a year either. It’s recently started back up, but I don’t get them every week, usually every other or every two weeks. Their website sucks, I log in all the time on google chrome and now it never remembers my password, I have to change it all the time. It’s a giant hassle I can’t even log into my account anymore.
