    ugh I was 90 percent through the checkout process but it wouldn’t accept my address as correct. I tried every variation I could imagine and then right after I hit complete my order I notice that my discount code is gone!!! What?? I hit the back arrow like 10 times. Hoping no order actually went through as I had my credit card numbers in already and without the coupon it was 54.00 bucks! As of now, I have nothing listed under “my orders” but I will keep checking throughout the day. And now the coupon code is expired. EPIC Fail for me!

      2 and a half hours later I checked “my orders” again just to make sure nothing was there and BHAM………..there it is………….$54.00 plus tax and shipping to be charged to my CC. I immediately called them, was 17th in line and had the call back feature. The woman I spoke with was very nice and said they would cancel it if it didn’t already go into shipment. She also said if it did go into shipment she marked my file so that it would be free to ship back. She offered to call me back if there were any issues with the cancelation. I didn’t get a call back (which was good) and I now have a cancellation email and “my orders” says canceled. A whole lotta craziness for nothing!! Glad it is being canceled though…phew!

    Contacted CS and the code was supposed to have been for 50% off and free shipping, not $50 off. Was a mistake on their end, so the code is no longer being honored. Hopefully all the orders already placed (mine included!) go through!

    I tried to check out this morning but the checkout page didn’t load. The coupon applied to my cart though. Now the code is expired. I called customer service– a waste of time. Went through the entire ordering process and the lady said the code was expired. Duh. I explained AGAIN what happened. They wouldn’t apply the coupon. If anyone has success using it in a store, please let us know.

        OK, just spoke with Nikki on the management team and she said “she received an email from marketing to not honor this coupon and that it has been pulled.” She further stated “there was no reason given in the email just strict orders not to honor it.” Frustrating I just wasted all that time for nothing.

            Same…my email confirmation was $8 and it shows $8 pending. If it all of a sudden jumps up to $58.00 without my consent that is some kind of fraud and I will definitely report it. I’m assuming they will just cancel the orders outright if anything.

    Don’t waste your time guys, I just talked to them (was waiting at 70 in line) and they will not honor the code. They checked to see if I had other promotions in my account but there was nothing. What bad service.This reminds me of the time American Eagle had a really good promotion going on (I think it was boots?) and decided to cancel everyone’s orders. Don’t put up the promotion if you can’t hold up your end of the deal.

    This bait and switch tactic that these companies use for these too good to be true marketing promos are very shady. They do this to get your email and mailing address to bombard you with catalogs and emails. I am betting all of the orders will be cancelled. They know what they are doing! Why have it on their facebook page if it was a mistake. Not fooling me!

    I called twice. The first time the lady told me they wouldn’t honor it. But after reading some comments, it’s clear that some people were able to get their honored. So I called back. Waited another 45 mins to speak to someone and she told me the same thing. But this time I told her I knew they had honored some codes for some people and she said she was going to look into a one time courtesy code. That’s exactly what happened! I paid $1.99 for 2 shirts and a belt and the order was placed by them so they can’t cancel it! I would say be persistent if u call.

      I placed my order at 9:31am. Logged into my account just now 4:45pm and my order is still there and says “order processing”. I hope that’s a good sign.

    I went on their contact us chat feature and they said they would not honor it online or in store. I asked why they would put out a coupon if they could not honor it and they quickly said they would pass along the information and they exited the chat session. Terrible customer relations right there!!
