I went to target last weekend and the cashier couldn’t scan the printable coupons from coupons.com. Then the cashier and customer service said they no longer take printable coupon. Is this a new target policy?
Oh bummer. That is not in their policy, however some stores have become very strict in what coupons they will honor.
