Oh my heavens – for the first time I purchased flour at Costco. I made 8 pound cakes today. As I was cleaning up, it accidentally hit the floor and busted open. I was desperate for a huge Tupperware cereal container to put it in and I still had to make two more loaves in order to use what was left. This is exactly what I needed earlier. These are great ,I love mine. Just remember to still spoon the flour into the cup and then level, don’t scoop & level flour!

Scooping it can pack the flour too densely. Spooning it in keeps it light.

I can’t find anywhere to choose store pickup. It says I can save money by choosing it but there is no where to click to choose shipping or store pick up so I guess that means it is only available by shipping. Sucks.

Looks like a very nice storage bin. Just an FYI, if you level flour by dipping into container and then level by the method they are showing, it could affect the outcome of your recipe. Flour should be spooned into cup and leveled with edge of knife to keep from packing into cup and adding too much to recipe. King Arthur site has great hints for baking.\
