You’re wrong, why couldn’t you? Ibotta gives you credit for a product no matter what you paid for it as long as you can scan your ticket and the product’s barcode.
Then what does it mean: “can’t be used with other offers”? My ibotta offer has that disclaimer.

Where can I find these candy bars – at the candy isle or near checkout?
According to my Target app, they’re supposed to be located near the checkout lanes. But I have yet to find them there!
At the two stores near me, they were in the candy aisle in the food section.
Publix has them for .79

They are better than Hersheys cookies and cream in my opinion.

Yea… I did these Oreo chocolate bar offers at least 5 times already at Walmart over the past several weeks….can’t beat paying as little as 10 cents for a 1.50$ candy bar…plus they help reach bonuses on ibotta…..that’s 9 candy bars each time (limit of 3 for 3 types of bars)…. so we have a huge stock of these now hidden in the back of the fridge (even after giving away several to neighborhood kids) and the pack that costs 1.50 at Walmart (the ones that are shaped like Hershey’s bars) are perfect for smores. If you like Oreos, you will like them.
Will continue getting these for as long as ibotta keeps resetting the deal. Will make a great gift to the church youth groups if we manage to collect enough.
