I think that these are individual shelves, while the Wal-Mart deal was for a 2-pack bundle (or 4 shelves, since the price per 2-pack was $16). Mine arrived yesterday and it was 4 individual boxes. So, essentially, just $8 per shelf with free shipping.
The name is “Furinno 99811EX/BK Turn-N-Tube 5 Tier Corner Shelf, Espresso/Black” so I would expect to get 5 tiers, and if you don’t, I think you would be at liberty to complain. Plus the dimensions list a height of 57.7″, so that should be for the whole unit rather than just one shelf.
