    Just a heads up, if you own a Samsung galaxy 8 the blaze will not work with it. Fitbit is STILL trying to fix the issue.

      I have Samsung 8 and blaze and no problem with both. But I just sync it, don’t use any of its features, though.

    I have had one since Dec. – mine pairs easily with my iPhone 6 and just upgraded my phone to 7plus with no issues from my Blaze. I have Verizon.

    I have been thinking about getting my husband this for Christmas and was wanting to know has anyone ever seen it go lower in price? Like should i wait closer to Christmas to see if it goes on sale for a better price?

    I got this as a Christmas present, and notice that my left wrist has been hurting a lot eversince I started using it. Doesn’t hurt daily, but often enough that I had to look online and turns out I wasn’t the only one having this problem. I tried to follow the suggestions to decrease the frequency, but still bothers me. I’m planning to get a new tracker and see if it would make a difference.

    Try a desktop rather than a mobile device. I tried on my phone with no success. I just tried on a laptop and got one!! It says only available online.

I’ve had my Blaze for over a year now and still love it! I paid around $150 for mine and it was the best deal at the time.

      Same here. Mobile device page says something available online only is “not available in your area.” Regular site malfunctions. I click “add to cart” and am taken to an error at the bottom that says “Important information about your cart (wls.atc.err.WLSB10082) sku7870258” and I can click close or OK. Neither give me any information or allow me to purchase the item. Terrible.

      Are you selecting Large size? Small does that to me.

      I need a small but ordered this for the price and will get a small band for it elsewhere (the size of the band is the only difference so a small band will fit on it even if you order the “large”)

      Are you trying to order the small size? Mine did that when trying to order small. The large, blue is the only one that this works with.

        That said, if you need a small, you can order a small band separately and it will work as the device size is the same regardless of whether you order small or large. 🙂

    WOW AT&T are the WORST! I just wasted two hours chatting with them, speaking to FIVE different people with the end result of “I can’t do anything.” What is the point of having stupervisors? Supervisors with no authority to help customers are useless! One genius said for 20 minutes that it was an employee only deal and that they are never under any circumstances discounted other than for employees.

      I had a tough time ordering , too, and I felt that way at first but then I chatted with someone who said she couldn’t help me but that if it wasn’t fixed by today I could take the chat transcript to a store and they would give me the sale price on either color in person. Then she told me how to email myself the chat transcript.

    I always loved my Surge but had to fight them to get my second replacement due to band issues. First replacement was due to fogging and band issues snd they were great about replacing. They refused to replace the next one because they said warranty was on original. They finally came through after some not nice social media posts.
    None of my watches has lasted close to a year. Sadly, here is my fourth and final fitbit which is the worst one yet. This is a bad product that I will never spend another dime on.

    My order was also cancelled. I received an email late today.
    “We couldn’t confirm your identity with the information you gave us, so we had to cancel your order. Don’t worry. If there was a hold on your card, we’ll release the funds soon.”
    I was never contacted and it was still processing moments before they sent the email. I called Customer Service and was on the phone for over an hour. This does not seem right.
    BTW – I ordered the Fitbit Charge 2 and left this same message on that comment section.

    Same here, told me my order was canceled. Customer service said “first come, first served”. She said they were out of the fitbit in blue but I could buy the black one for $199. What a scam! I’m so glad I’m with T-Mobile, I’ve got six lines with them, take that at&t! Sorry folks, needed to vent!!! 🙂

      Sounds like bait and switch to me because it seems like no one is getting it so there “first come, first served” seems like a lie. If there inventory was right on the website then when it was gone it would not let anyone order it after the fact. I am a programmer and this is an easy thing to do so I am thinking they really are just trying to bait and switch people.
