Just want to add that these zipper bags have thousands of uses. They can help keep your purse or tote bag (or suitcase!) organized. Keep supplies handy in the car. I’m having trouble rotating my pic, too! It’s driving me insane..lol! I am trying to do it on a desktop and still can’t get it to work. Maybe there is a lot of traffic on the site. Seems to be running super slow for me.
If you scroll down before selecting create it, you can select design in silverlight, or something like that. Wasnt loading anything properly on main create it. Had to add the google extension IE to bring up software and easily customize. Can be a tad difficult to work with, but once I got it. It was super easy.

I had a ton of problems too on my Mac trying to make this. It gave me the error message that I already used the code as well but I went back through and it changed the price. Editing was a nightmare at first but I downloaded silverlight and it seemed a bit easier I got an error message with my photo saying the quality might not be too great but it’s a photo of my dog so for 99 cents I went with it and if it turns out bad im not out too much…

I had the same problem but after multiple attempts it finally worked. I used PayPal and only 99 cents came out. It was a pain and took awhile but it finally worked.
I just heard back. They say that you can only use one code in your lifetime as a customer. I used a code in December of 2014 so I cannot use it now! I will call when they are open!

I spoke to someone in Hong Kong. If you EVER used a code to make a cosmetic bag, you cannot use another EVER. You may be able to circumvent this if you use another computer in another location with another IP address. Crazy!
