I stumbled across this today at my JCpenny. I needed a new toaster and they had the cooks 4 slice toaster for 20 with a 12.99 rebate. I found a nice stainless steel one with the sign right below. Figuring it was too good to be true I looked around for a different one, but there was no other. When I got to the counter it rang up 35$ normally 80$. It was too good to be true. I didn’t fuss, but asked if they would be willing to match the price. The manager came over and price changed it to 7.99. I would have gladly taken the other if it were there.
I just realized that it was for the toaster oven!!! The sign said 4 slice toaster. No wonder we were both confused and the sign was in the wrong spot!
