I bought a walgreens backpack for a 1st grader last year. They work good. They will last for the school year but not after that. The zipper busted on ours 1 week before school was over but ours had a double zipper so we were saved. I bought another one for my second grader.
Wow! These are some really good prices! I wonder if they’re going to have enough to go around or it will be one of those….limited quantities just to get people in store! Hope not, I can definitely use the dry erase markers since schools now days ask for 4(4 pks) per child🤔

Hi guys! I have a question. Do the sales start at midnight at the 24hr walgreens or so they start in the morning? If in the morning, does anyone know the time? Thank you!
My store closes at 10, but when I was in there about 9:45 last night I heard the manager say that the new sales kick over at midnight. So my guess is 12:01 they should be live. They had all the signs up last night, and no start date on them…just an end date of Aug 5th so the cashier overrode the prices for me.
Good morning all :). I’m guessing some of these prices are regional? I am in NC and my prices for the Ticonderoga pencils are $1.99 and the sharpie highlighters are $1.99.
I’m in Ga. the pencils also had signs for $1.99 but they rang up .99 at the register.

Just as a follow up to my morning Walgreens adventure, the Ticonderoga pencils were not in my ad, but rang up at $.99, the erasers rang up as $.79 nor were they in the ad, the highlighters rang up correctly, but the dry erase markers did not even though they were in the ad, but the cashier corrected the price for me for $.69. Between all of these back to school deals I’ve got plenty for my kids, nephew, friends grandkids, and lots to donate to our school :). Thanks so much!!
At my Walgreens all the tags were incorrect. Definitely ask the cashier to price check. These are some awesome prices. I love these pencils and always buy extra to donate to my kids’ teachers. Thanks H2S!

I got a whole bag of stuff for about $6 and all of the bic and paper mate coupons rang up no problem. The pens and pencils were in stationary as well as the school supply aisle.

Thanks!! We filled 3 backpacks to donate to kids in need! Unfortunately the backpacks didn’t ring up as $3 and the manager wouldn’t honor it, but they were $5 which is still a great price.

I didn’t see anything about the Bic pens being on sale in my local ad or store though….
Make sure on backpacks u check the prices. At my walgreens it was only the backpacks that were 5 dollars. Not the Wexford ones that were more expensive

Thanks for posting I went and purchased 7 packs of big pens used 2 $1/1 Bic MQ’s from 7/23. Paid 3cents for all 7 packs. Thank you again! I also picked up 15 packs of pencils and 14 folders for $17. Folders are 7/$1.
