How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.
Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.
If shopping online, shipping is free on qualifying orders of $9.99 or more.
I ordered 2 packs Pilot G2 Pens last time when you posted it couple weeks ago, spent $26 because I used 10% coupon code, but I only got $20 reward back, should I call CS to ask for the rest ?
They only gave you $20 because you used a coupon . hth☺
The program changed July 1. Prior to this you got back 100% but only in increments of 10.00. Since you didn’t reach 30.00 before the quarter ended, you only got the 20.00. Now the updated program gives you 100% back despite the total at the end of the quarter! I have called before for similar reasons. It might be worth your time to try.

There’s a limit per customer – some things are 2, some are 3, so it may go by your rewards card (I would guess). The pens show a limit of 3, so that’s the max you would earn rewards on in one week. 🙂

Yes! It’s for items in the store. They will send you a rewards certificate that you can print out, or show them on your device. Hth😀

I talked to customer service and they told me—-” I’m sorry as I have check here the program terms and conditions apply. (Using a
rewards certificate or merchandise card will
lower the amount back on Rewards, say for example, My total transaction is $45. I use a $20 rewards certificate. I will earn rewards on $25.”
I use my rewards to purchase other items and still earn rewards.
I used rewards to buy these pens and I did NOT get any rewards back. Last week it did the same thing…
They are not letting you roll rewards!!!!!
That is correct. You will not earn rewards when redeeming rewards. Hope this helps!
