How do Bonus Rewards work?

I still have 10+ reams of paper (maybe 20+; how many come in the regular size boxes?) from that staples Visa check out discount/ rebate deal from January 2015. I bought it after I didn’t really need much computer paper and after I started working in schools that didn’t run out of paper at the end of the year. Batteries n the other hand..
