Yes, I purchased this the last time it was posted. I LOVE IT. It took about 3 business days to arrive (I live in SoCal). Well packaged.
I ordered one for my husband’s birthday just this week and it arrived on 8/20. My husband put it together – then sat down to try it out. He leaned forward to pick up something and part of it broke (it has a 450 lb. weight limit and my husband is 190). I emailed the company (it was after hours) and immediately responded the next morning saying they would refund my money. I didn’t want a refund – only a replacement part that broke. I called to discuss it and waited on hold for a very long time. I finally hung up and emailed them asking to please call me. I got another email a day later saying my money would be refunded within 3-5 days, it was. We can actually use the swing and apparently ended up getting it for free. But – I’d rather that it wouldn’t have broke so easily to begin with.
