      Awesome!! I think my total was $600++ but w tax and delivery taken off around $420. I’m going to try to submit, but it says $499 minimum I think 🙁

    I would not advise buying furniture from JCPenney online. I made a purchase the last time this was posted and received my furniture damaged. When I called several weeks and waiting on hold for over 2 hrs each time. They replaced the furniture 2 weeks later and charged me for both sets even though they picked it up. 3 months later this charged has not been fixed. Each time I call and wait over an hour they transfer me and say it’s under investigation. I ordered a bedroom suite and cancelled the order because they keep telling me it has been delivered again. I never received it and the delivery company said they lost order. BUT I have been charged for 2 sets of sofa and chair and a bedroom suite. They refuse to correct they’re problem. You will be charged in advance and may not get what you paid for. SICK OF JCPENNEY

      Honey have the credit card company force refund and only use paypal from now on. I had that experience with another store I opened up a case and got refunded in 4 days.

    I agree with the comment posted above. I ordered couches from JCPENNY on the last deal and it was a nightmare. They charged me twice for the furniture and they refused to deliver them. Between my husband and myself we spent HOURS, DAYS on the phone with customer service who would not help. Never in my life have I been so frustrated with a company. These people are crooks.

      Have you tried emailing the CEO of JCP?

      We stayed at a 4.5 star hotel and had issues and the hotel tried to keep local. I emailed the CEO, and did NOT keep it local.

      I know it’s not the same, but I am a fi believer in emailing higher ups within a company.

      I work for a large fortune 500 company and advise people to google our CEO’s email for customer service issue’s, they will nip them quick. (you can always find their email on google)

    Their customer service is horrible, don’t ever get their credit card, they were charging me finance charges even though I paid my full balance.

    I agree, customer service is the worst. I opened a credit card to save 10% on a purchase. I didn’t receive a bill/statement so tried to pay at the store. They told me I had to wait for a statement. I called and was told the same thing, and that the statement would be sent soon.When it finally came there were late charges and fees that they would NOT reverse, even after hours on the phone trying to pay in the first place. My husband was so mad he refused to pay the fees so it was reported to the credit companies and stayed on our credit for years. We refuse to shop at JCPenney.

    I agree with Niecy, never again will I order furniture from JCP. Last time a deal on couches were posted, I ordered with promise of a rebate after I called JCP to confirm prior to ordering. After my order was placed and rebate submitted, a week later was now told that my purchase didn’t qualify because I didn’t meet the minimum purchase, after my online promo code was applied even though rebate never specifies after code. On the phone with JCP on hold for over 5 hours that week because the wait times were so long. I decided to go ahead though after this despite not being able to get the rebate and delivery service was also a joke, they came to my house over a hour late, couldn’t communicate with me given they didn’t speak english, damaged my door, and after all this, I just couldn’t take it anymore and refused the order. Don’t order furniture from JCP!!

    I did use PayPal, so hopefully if they never arrive I can get a refund. Fingers crossed everything works out and they are nice!
