Through August 31st, head over to Southwest.com where they are offering up one-way flights for as little as $42. If you looked at this sale previously, you may want to look again as new routes have been added to the list!
Note that tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased 21 days in advance for travel through February 14th, 2018 for US flights and December 13th, 2017 for international flights. Taxes and fees are extra.
🙄 my reaction anytime Southwest claims they have cheap flights. The cheapest I found was $71 and most were closer to $100.

That’s not true. I bought 2 return tickets last week, ATL to Dallas for $55 each way, with a total cost of $219. You just have to select the correct dates. Unfair to run something down without thoroughly researching.

Agreed. Last week I found fares UNDER the advertised price. My son and I are talking an impromptu trip back home to DC from Orlando. Two of us, roundtrip, baggage included total fare $172. They advertised $59, I believe, but the flights I selected were $40.

While I am not brand loyal for any type product, my airline of choice is Southwest. After you factor in the cost of baggage and choosing your seat, Southwest tends to always come out the cheapest for me. While I haven’t been lucky to score this low of a price one way, $200 roundtrip after all is said and done is still a good price. Granted it always makes a difference where you’re flying to and from, and my from is always a little more expensive with all airlines!

I love Southwest!! Been traveling with them for a few years already. I have a companion pass so much wherever I go, my companion travels just pays taxes!

Southwest is our airline of choice! During the last sale like this a couple weeks ago, my mom was able to score $49 nonstop round trip flights to Houston from Pittsburgh for September, November, and January! Talk about a deal!!
