Maybe it is a regional sale. It was not marked on the shelf and it is not in my local ad. However, when I scanned the item in-store (via the app), the price was $3.99. I showed the manager the price in the app but that did not matter to him.

Same issue here showed them several locations it was 3.99 and scanned it with phone and they still would not price adjust. If it is onsale via online and shows you have in stock in store they should have honored the price. I went to Wags via FB and let them know this is isn’t right. I find things always unmarked in my store so I have become religious about taking my phone so I can double check. So glad you put this info up Collin because it is the only thing that keeps me from just walking back out of the store.
Can someone answer for me. Prices may vary instore then what is seen on line, however do prices vary by sale? On this deal it rang up $5.49 and I have proof via online and app said $3.99 and it showed available in my store. Am I wrong in thinking I should have gotten the sale price for $3.99? I tried to get this answered on wags FB and opened the thread to only find other couponers talking trash about me. I’m so dishearted with the hatefulness of people. I know H2S you work hard to get us great deals, Riteaid and Wags have just gotten so exhausting to shop anymore and this frustrates me because of the money I was saving to keep my family going, I’m now slowly losing.
