My son has the blue version and LOVES it. It was l he asked Santa for last year, and I believe they’re pretty similar, so I recommend it.
My only word of caution: shut it off at night. The roar is terrifying when you’re getting a drink in the middle of the night.
Lol. I bet it would be. My child is only two but absolutely loves dinosaurs and also likes to be scared do you think this toy would be too much for him. I know about the small parts. I would have to play with him. And not leave him unsupervised. But do you think he would like it
My youngest is a year and a half old and all boy … it’s a good thing he’s cute because he’s mischief through and through. He seems to like it and like to laugh as it walks and roars. As for little parts, I don’t think there are a lot of small parts on our version. Hope it helps!

Imaginext toys are awesome! My son loves these! I actually scored this dinosaur practically brand new and with all accessories for $2 at a garage sale! I would’ve paid this price though since we love imaginext.
