Calling all Kmart shoppers!

If you haven’t already, download the free Kmart app for Android or IOS, set up your account, and then go to the home page of the app and scroll down to the “Friday Fix” section. Once you click this section, you should be able to load a coupon valid for a FREE Smart Sense Aspirin 36-count bottle orange or cherry (expires September 3rd). To redeem at your local Kmart, just have your cashier scan the coupon at checkout. *Please note that if it says sold out, be sure to try again later on in the day.

NOTE – Earlier today, this post referred to the above freebie as Children’s Aspirin (this info was taken directly from the Kmart site); however, the wording has since been changed. Never give children aspirin unless you are advised to do so by a medical professional.

I thought kids weren’t supposed to take aspirin.

Wow! Can’t believe they are calling it “Children’s Aspirin”. Goes to show how behind in times Kmart is. I’m a nurse and we don’t call the 81 mg dose “baby aspirin” to avoid confusion. It’s now called “low dose”. That is crazy!

  3. Ellen

As a nurse, I’d recommend calling this “low dose” aspirin, as indicated on the package. Aspirin isn’t indicated for children, as it can trigger Reye’s syndrome, which is a potentially life threatening condition.

  4. Kristin

I agree. This is not for children!

  5. AP

I was wondering about that when I saw the title too!

  6. Sha

    Totally agree!!!!

Correction needed to “CHEWABLE” not recommended for children!!!!!!!!

Please change ASAP!!!! Before someone makes a life threatening mistake.

    Thanks Collin & team

    Not healthcare recommended for children

    Hey,
I downloaded the app, but I can’t find the free coupon for it. It doesn’t seem to be in the coupon section.

Hi there! Once you open the app be sure to continue to scroll down until you find the “Friday Fix” section. Hope this helps!

the aspirin is not labelled childrens aspirin in the store. It is the chewable aspirin by the bayer products. I tried it to see and it worked with the coupon..and automatically loaded, so I didnt have to pull up each account for the coupon.
