I have ordered so many times from Walmart and each time my items get canceled. This week I ordered the barbie ukulele and the frozen microphone radio and both got canceled. I just reordered this fire pit and the other 2 items again to see what will happen. I hope I get all 3 but highly doubtful I will.
I have this issue at Toys r us online. No matter how I order Toys CC, Regular CC or Paypal they all get canceled. I have tried 3 different email addresses and payment options and no go. It places the order then seconds later I get another email telling me the order is canceled. I called and asked what the heck and I was told maybe my card was not paid, which was/is not true. I have plenty of credit and the card worked just fine in the store hours before. I just want to buy my granddaughter a darn hatchimal twin set.
I have this exact same problem with TRU. Every time. This has happened to me on various occasions over a 5-year period! It’s not always the credit card though; once it was almost a week before they cancelled my order. And I’ve tried various options: shipping, pick up at store, nothing ever works for me. I’ve just given up. When I see something is TRU, I just keep moving along as if they don’t exist. It’s obvious they don’t want MY business.

I have bought this TWICE and do not recommended it AT ALL, unless you are prepared to invest a lot of upkeep. It was a Father’s Day present and we used it for general use such as hot dogs/s’mores in the summer in the back yard & placed it in the driveway during Halloween. If you plan to leave it outside on the patio throughout the year, it will not make it . We lived in KS, so we experienced all four seasons. The cover deteriorated within the season(sun/heat & rain exposure)and the the bowl of the pit rusted through, as well as the square grate on top. The ‘rust resistant/powder coated finish is not weather withstanding & when the company emailed me, they stated “Maintenance notes:
We recommend that when you receive your set that you paint all parts received with a high temperature primer (like Rustoleum or similar brand), for the parts to last longer. ” The ‘ladder’ between the four legs slides in, so when you try to move the fire pit they slip out between the legs and you have to constantly place them back in. ( I searched and found the company: Axxonn Leisure Products Inc. & their email : service@axxonn.com / email heading: Alhambra Fire Pit FT-150P) . I paid another $60 to get a replacement bowl, grate that fits within the bowl & mesh top and we bought the spray and applied it. I even started taking out the bowl and tilting it over and finally bringing it in to keep it safe. We ended up disposing of it. Maybe we ended up without duds, and they have perfected their design. I only wish the best for the people that go head and buy this…

Having had a cheap fire Pitt before, highly recommend storing it under house or in the shed or garage like we do and like they said painting with high temp rustoleum. Inexpensive way to get a little more bang for your buck. The covers don’t last in any kind of weather.

Don’t waste your money. We have this and it is awful. The bowl part is tiny. You can barely put any wood in it and it rusts very quickly!!
