I eat oatmeal every day so just as a price reference, Quaker Apples & Cinnamon 10 ct. box at Walmart is $2.19. If you get the Great Value brand, it’s $1.48. No taste difference, IMO. However, Target brand is pretty gross. I threw the box away it was that bad!

Make your own oatmeal at home. There is so much less sugar and salt. There are so many ways to be creative with homemade oatmeal. We recently added a spoonful of peanut butter (creamy of course) and chocolate chips with a dash of cinnamon and honey, and it was so yummy!!!
Totally agreed with this! I do this all the time as well. But, sometimes, if I’m in a rush and need to have breakfast ready in just 1-2 minutes, it’s nice to have a few packets of instant oatmeal in my pantry.
