It’s something Amazon has that is somewhat similar to Siri on an iPhone. It works from different devices such as a “dash wand” or an “echo”. Amazon sells those products and you can order from them. They had a promotion (maybe they still are I’m not sure) where you paid $20 for the dash wand and they gave you a $20 Amazon credit. Which makes it free if you will use the credit anyway. It does others things to such as tell you recipes, the weather and play games. I personally just use it for add on items. Sometimes it has a hard time finding items but I found if you add them to your cart first it finds them fairly easily.
