  I didn’t see it at first either.
  When I filled in my name, b-Day and email there were some questions about products I use. I scrolled down and answered them, that’s where the submit button was for me. I didn’t see it at first either

    If you doing mobile make sure to covert the page to desktop version….only the it would give option for address.
