Topcashback is okay but it can take soooooo long to get paid. Like sometimes 3 months or more, and Ebates gets you your money pretty quick. Anyone else have such a problem with taking forever to get the money?
Lisa, that’s why I haven’t yet signed up with top cash back. Seems previous deals have lots of comments similar to yours – it takes a looong time to get your money. Not trying to discourage any one, just my observation.
I totally agree with you Lisa, I signed up last year, they ended up not honoring the Frozen doll purchase from Toys R Us and then that made me not meet my $10 bonus so I got squat from them and have not received anything since. When a program like that is too complicated and doesn’t well explain their program it just isn’t worth it. I am sure people have had a good experience, but I signed up last year through Hip2Save followed the steps and when nothing was coming 3 – 4 months later, I emailed them. They indicated that something wasn’t done right and the store recorded the sale a certain way so I couldn’t get my cash back. Too much of a headache.
It takes awhile, but they’re pretty good about paying out. Also the offers are usually pretty generous. Macy’s is 10% right now. So if you do the dress shirt & ties deal that was posted earlier, you could get an extra $5 or so back on the 4 dress shirt scenario she suggested. Would take the price down to $11.xx per shirt in that scenario.
