I’ve ordered from them before with a promo code promotion and got my order no problem. If concerned use a credit card that protects you for online retailers
I had an order cancelled as well. I called and company said only one order per person, multiple orders would be cancelled. They said a lot of people try to order 5 or 10 times and some even tried 60+ times.
