Well I must have been doing something wrong because I tried for days to buy this online at Macy’s.com. It still tells me unavailable.
I ended up getting it directly from the Lancome website. Shipping is free there, too.

Yes, was using mobile. I went back, tested it again (still used mobile) and got it to work when I first added the full size item to bag then “viewed my bag”, scrolled to bottom and the 13 PC set was in a dotted line box. I clicked on it and it then added.

Thats the best set I have ever had. All items are full size, the colors are great, the quality is even better. I usually get free 7 piece Lancome gift and don’t like them at all, they all are cheaply made, coz they are free. I have stopped purchasing beauty stuff from macys few years ago, since I find even better deals at bonton.com. Bonton is a department store located in PA and some other states. their prices are the same, but I don’t pay taxes (because their is no physical store in my state) , and they usually have 15-20% off beauty. For example the same items would cost you about $60 after codes FREESHIP49 and FF30POCTB17 (15% off beauty), plus no tax (for some states) Hope this helps 🙂
I agree! No tax, easy return, free shipping with code sometimes, great customer service. I purchased Fiesta ware in July when it was posted here. I had it sent to my in-laws because we were going on a vacation. We came back, picked up the package, it sat in the garage for 2 months. I just opened the package 2 weeks ago and one cup was broken. I emailed customer service and sent a picture, asking them if they could send me a new cup, or if they sell just the cup. They said “no problem, we’ll send you a new one for free. And throw the broken one, we dont want you or anyone who would handle that to get hurt.” I read one review for Macy’s that they made her return the broken plate, either via mail or store return! One week later, I got a new 5-piece place setting, and I only asked for a cup!

I love shopping at Macy’s when they have these offers, especially when there’s a physical store located by me. It’s no hassles returns if I get a shade I don’t like, and I don’t have to run to the post office and track that my order was returned…and then track my credit card for the credit. And then realize that most online companies don’t offer free returns. If I need to return- it’s just a simple run to the store! And I get to support a company that still stands in a physical building lol. Really appreciate Collin and team for posting these deals!
