I ordered one pillow through my Kohl’s app for in store pick up. I didn’t see anything about Kohl’s cash on the confirmation email or the ready for pick up email. I also checked my wallet on my app, no Kohl’s cash.

I received the confirmation after picking up and did NOT receive any Kohl’s cash. I did the Live Chat on Kohl’s website, however, and sent the associate the promo link. They said it’s a valid promo and added the points to my wallet!

$5 Kohl’s Cash comes in the PICK UP Confirmation email after you pick up the item, NOT in the order confirmation email.
I ordered 2 pillows this morning, picked them up about 30 minutes ago and already received my email confirming that I’ve picked up my order…but no $5 Kohls Cash mentioned anywhere in the email…bummer.

Hi Susan! Personally speaking, I absolutely LOVE my Kohls Charge Card mainly because of the free shipping that we get every month (sometimes twice a month) + the 30%. I used to always forget to scan/enter my Yes2You Number, so the C.C. eliminates that issue 🙂

For those having issues getting the $5 Kohls cash for in store, there is nothing special that you do or buy, it just has to be available for pick up at your local store and is then triggered automatically before you add the item to cart (works better on computer). If it is triggered correctly, in the cart you’ll see it say so in blue text above all the items you’re buying. The same blue text is shown again on the final check out page before you click on Place Order and in your order confirmation email. After you pick up your order, the kohls cash will be sent in your pick up confirmation email. If you placed an order without seeing this blue text, then you won’t be getting the Kohls cash and customer service won’t be able to help. It would be like you did a regular order for in store pick up. HTH.
Forgot to mention, you can try triggering it by selecting to have your item shipped to you before you click “Add to cart” then the pop up would show up suggesting you pick it up in store instead and receive $5 kohls cash or to carry on instead to have it shipped to you. When you select the store pick up, it adds the item to cart and the $5 Kohls cash blue text shows up too. It is not always popping up right away so try it a few times until it does. It’s worked for me for the kitchenaid hand blender (specific colors only), mens star wars christmas tshirts, kitchenaid hand mixer (select colors) from a few deals back, and this pillow deal, so long as your store has that specific item in stock. If not available, it won’t bring up the pop up.

Just went into my cart, erased the instant pot, and submitted my order for just the pillow with the $5 reward still listed. Will pick up tomorrow and cross my fingers I get the reward in my pick up confirmation email! 🙂

If anyone did a store pick up deal and DID NOT receive the $5 Kohl’s Cash, make sure to do the online chat for customer service! It took me less than one minute. The customer service representative added 100 points to my Kohl’s Rewards account, which is worth $5.00 in rewards. So easy and worth taking the minute to contact them. Love Kohl’s!!
