We love these too! Have this in paperback boxcar boxset, my 6 year old has read through the first one 3 or 4 times she loves it so much! I am so glad we read it together that first time though, a very sweet story! We even had picnic with blueberries and buttered bread like the boxcar children did to get through the day with full bellies in that first book.
