I don’t read magazines but want to get a subscription for a magazine to have in the waiting room at my office. It’s a therapy office so I need something that isn’t going to be a bunch of unhealthy weight loss articles and idiotic sex tips like cosmo.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

I think you’d be ok with Redbook or Woman’s Day. They are both great reading for all age women.

I have to say I got a redbook the last time around and was shocked by what they put in it. I remember my mom reading it a few years ago and it was totally fine, but I feel like it’s changed. Maybe it was a fluke, because after a few issues I called to stop my free subscription. I didn’t want my elementary aged kid checking it out.

Redbook is my favorite. There is a lot of helpful information in it and always instructions for a few doable exercises.
