Hi Julie, I bought it the last time it was on sale at Amazon(last spring). It is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. It is much better than the rug doctor that you can rent. I also have a Hoover steam cleaner but it does not even compare to this Bissell machine and I love Hoover products! I would recommend using the Bissell cleaner that comes with it. Also, sign up at Bissell for their e-mails an I think there is a rewards program. I can usually save some money with their coupons and free shipping promotions.

Hi Julie, I actually rented mine last night from Lowes and it works incredible! I wish I could send you pictures in here. It’s so easy to use too, it works going forward and backwards, it sucks so much water up too. My carpets were dry in 4 hours. I’d highly recommend it!
