      I ordered Tink and the Mickey/Minnie shoes back on the 15th and I received the Tink shoes right away. I looked at the tracking for Mickey/Minnie and it looks like they are making a road trip all over the U.S.! My sister ordered the same and has not received either pair plus it looks like her Mickey/Minnie pair hasn’t even been shipped yet!

    I still haven’t received my shoes from 11 days ago. They haven’t even shipped. Not impressed with this company at all. Fishy that they are taking more orders when they haven’t even shipped their past ones. Hmm.

    I ordered these when they were on sale before Halloween. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order or shopping details but they came after 2 weeks. Also, they are poorly made… I wore them to Disney over Halloween and they didn’t make it in the suitcase back. The sole was separating from the shoe after a full day of use.

    I ordered the Tink ones on 11/15 and found out a few days later that my order was cancelled. I was so disappointed with not receiving them but I am now scared to order again for fear of cancellation again. And why, oh why are they taking orders again if they cancelled so many?

      I just placed an order for a 2nd time (after a cancellation on 11/20) for these shoes and I received free shipping. Are you sure that you are not seeing free shipping? Collin notes free shipping in her post as well. I pray that these come, although I know better than to plan on it.

    Buyer Beware!!! I ordered from the other day when last posted! I received them in the wrong size – called CS and they said they didn’t have my size so my only recourse was to return! I got a shipping label that said I would be charged $7 to return them….WTH! I called CS again, after going through explaining etc they said I wasn’t going to be charged the S&H, will see since I’m too busy to get to PO anytime soon b/c I work when PO is open!
    My friend ordered same day, got confirmation email but no product or CC charge! Now they are selling them again, WTH? I have a feeling this is going to end up as a CC dispute!

      I’m worried now that you speak of the confusion over the orders from the last time. I ordered and was cancelled 5 days later. I just ordered tonight and I pray that I get what I ordered (size wise) but am now thinking I shouldn’t have placed an order again. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see… ๐Ÿ˜

    Tillyโ€™s has horrible customer service. My college age kids wonโ€™t buy from them in-store or online due to their horrible return policies and their cheaply made clothes.

    I placed two orders on the 15th. One order had a pair of the Mermaid and a pair of the Mickey in it. The other was a pair of the Toy Story Vans. Both orders still say processing, but I got the Toy Story Vans today. I knew they were on their way because I got a shipping notification, plus the transaction showed as complete on PayPal. The funds for the other order are still pending on PayPal. I was wondering if it was cancelled and I was just never notified so I called on Wednesday. I was told they were out of stock in the warehouse so they were searching the various stores for the shoes. The rep said I should hear something in a few more days one way or another on the status. She said it looked like there were 13 pairs of the shoes in various stores around the country, so it looked good that I would get them. Before hearing that I was tempted to tell her to cancel it do I could free up those funds in my PayPal, but figured I’d wait a few days. If I don’t hear by Monday or Tuesday, I will just cancel. Especially after reading in comment above they are not great quality.

    Just got an email that my ordered got cancelled! Oh well, 3rd strike for this company… so over then. All 3 of my recent orders have been cancelled days later!
