Just a bit of info about this rebate since I contacted them to ask…You can do two rebates, but you have to send in two rebate forms. If you purchase two toothbrushes on the same receipt, you have to attach a receipt or a copy with each rebate form. You can send both rebate forms and receipts in one envelope if you want. At least this is what I was told when I called them. 🙂

The Oral-B Pro 3000 is also eligible for the $15.00 rebate from Walmart. It’s on sale for $54.95 making it $39.95 after the rebate. This is the model that my son’s orthodontist gave him when he had his braces put on. It comes with several different brush heads including one that is good for braces. I highly recommend this model.
I’m confused on exactly how to submit the rebate if I got it via Walmart.com and picked it up in the store. I was emailed a “receipt”, but there is no price information nor a barcode. The email states “Thanks for picking up”. There’s a description of what I picked up, but no price details. Since it wasn’t shipped to me, I don’t have a packing slip. I did go into my account and printed information documenting this order that shows it was picked up and the price I paid. Has anyone else submitted a rebate without a receipt or an email with no purchase price?
Nana Donna, I don’t really think it matters if the receipt shows how much you paid for it. I think they just want proof that you did order and receive it. Just circle the item on the receipt and send it to them with the rebate form. I’m sure that will work. Good luck!

I have this model and love it. It’s 4 years old tho and battery is not staying charged as long as it used to…need to charge it about every 5 days. So just got a new one to have on hand when this one decides it just doesn’t want to charge anymore. I DO NOT want to go back to the manual kind! Thx H2S Team for the deal alert!
