I love that they give a pair of shoes to those in need from every purchase. However, the shoes are horribly uncomfortable. I bought one pair of slip onās for $60 and would never do it again. Very disappointing.
Thank you for your feedback Jess, so many people talk about them, but just in the sense that the company then donates a pair to someone in need, but no one has mentioned that the shoes were actually comfortable.
We actually love the shoes and our whole family has had them! My girls wear the tiny and youth sizes. We’ve only ever bought the slip-on style but we get a ton of wear out of them from spring through fall (when we don’t need socks)!
I love all my Toms. I think they are very comfortable. I wear a pair to walk the 1 1/2 mile round trip to pickup my daughter from
School.

I wear Toms daily and they are extremely comfortable! I have worn them and walked 5 miles shopping and at the zoo, amusement parks, etc with no issues! My favorite shoe ever!! So lightweight

I have been wearing Toms for years and I love them! They are so light itās almost like you are not even wearing shoes.
I have the strappy wedges and theyāre so comfortable! Iām a teacher and wore them every day throughout my pregnancy. So you know theyāre comfy! š (Iāve also had the slip-on wedges and found them less comfortable than the one with the strap, which keeps your feet in place better.)

So I just checked out using the free shipping code and Masterpass offer and it is telling me I have free shipping despite the wording of āpaid shippingā in the free shipping detailsā¦.. I applied the free shipping code and received the same notification that I had free shipping until Sunday. I typically screenshot the order summary before closing the tab in the event my email confirmation differs. In a hurry though, I closed the browser. Lo and behold, I get an email that I’ve been charged $8.95 for shipping, which is also pending on my bank statement. I reached out to customer service and hope they’ll rectify the situation.
The two pairs Iļø wanted were sold out on zullily but were on sale on the Toms website with free shipping and 15 off 75.
I canāt get the free shipping code to work, is that part of the deal expired?

I have several pairs and I love them. Very comfortable. My daughter works retails and wears them all day long and has never complained.
I wish I could order shoes online, my feet are just so awkward, even going into stores to try shoes on is a very long process.
