Anyone else not get an email confirmation
I placed two orders. I received one email confirmation, but nothing for my second order (although my credit card was charged). We’ll see what happens. Last time I ordered from Cabela’s my order got cancelled.
I place 2 orders and have not got email confirmation for either of them.
So originally I didn’t make an account when I checked out with order #1, but took note of the order number. Never received a confirmation email. Tried looking it up on the site initially with no luck. Now I am able to look it up and see that it’s in process, but still no email.
I made an account and then made a different order and got a confirmation right away.
So, no idea. I guess making an account is key?
Still no email confirmation for me, either. They must be bogged down or something. Hopefully it will come soon.

I might be going crazy, but when I was on earlier there appeared to be 2 colors of the NF Hoodie. I thought I bought 1 of each, but now looking at my order, it looks like I got 2 of the same one? Anyone remember there being 2 options of color earlier??
There was 2 colors but would only let you choose one, even when you hovered over the dark one it chose the light great, happen to me too but I noticed before I checked out.

I have ordered from these sales from Cabela’s before and they often end up canceling the items on back order (they don’t notify you either). They have amazing deals though, so it is worth the risk!
Just FYI, Collin posted a Cabelas deal on kids Muck boots several weeks back. I ordered two pair. Received an email confirmation for both. A few days later, an email that showed one pair shipped and the other backordered. I received the one pair, but the other is still on back order. Customer service told me it was out of stock and will eventually get cancelled. Just sharing in case anyone is ordering items for Christmas gifts.

Same here. My order from today was canceled. I never got any confirmation of my order, so I had to create an account and then find my order and view it. It says “canceled.” Not sure why. Snagged two flannels for my Dad, really hoping orders don’t get canceled. I can’t see why they would though, this was their items on sale, not a promo code or anything.
Most of their deals were part of the “bargain cave” section which means they are limited quantity. I have found that usually backordered means cancelled at Cabela’s. I had an order for an Under Armour hoodie last summer that showed backordered for over a month and then they just cancelled the order with no other notification. I think their online system is bad at keeping track of inventory, so when the deals end up on the deal sites they are overwhelmed and it lets you order even if there is no inventory. It is frustrating!
Most of my items out of 4 large orders were cancelled/backordered. Wishing I wouldn’t have wasted so much time shopping. :-/ you may want to log in and look at your orders if you are counting on them for gifts.
Mine was canceled too and I too spent so much time looking around. Blah!
