Yes. According to Costco’s website, theirs costs .03 cents per roll. With the 5% off S&S, this is .022 cents per square foot. If you get 15% off, then it would be .02 cents per square foot.
Walmart currently has this 36 roll pack plus 9 bonus rolls for $15.98. Much cheaper per roll and you don’t have to buy $60 worth of toilet paper at one time

I’m not seeing the discount if I use subscribe and save…
I bought 3 and the price is 43.17. It took off 15, 6, and 10.80. Not bag for 3 36 roll packs of them.
