Has anyone ordered furniture from Wayfair before? What’s the quality like?
I’ve read things about bed bugs in their upholstery headboards – for that reason I stay away. Google it 😬

Mine came with the box busted open and bugs crawling all over it. Maybe just outdoor bugs since it was open, but I wasn’t chancing it so I had my husband drag it as far away from the house as possible until garbage day. They did have good customer service though.
Just had ours delivered about 2 weeks ago. I have NEVER heard of the bed bug story above. However shipping is fast and the headboard was great quality!
I’ve bought a desk, tv stand, twin bed frame, and console table all from Wayfair in the last few years. We are very satisfied with all pieces and have had no issues.
We ordered a rug from Wayfair and absolutely love it.
I got the upholstered headboard and it was delivered before thanksgiving. It’s in the guest room and we like it! We had a guest over the thanksgiving weekend and he didn’t mention anything, so I’m assuming no bed bugs 😉 We’ll see when my son comes home for Christmas as he will be staying in the guest room.
I bought a bistro set last spring for my balcony and it looks really nice. Shipping was fast and it was super cheap.. around $30 or so! No complaints here.
Yes, we ordered a recliner earlier this year. We have had no issues.
I ordered a bed from wayfair about 2 years ago and it came in perfect condition, it still looks brand new today. They have good quality stuff and their customer service is awesome.
Oh man I just looked it up and yeah a lot of reviews complaining about that issue. It sounds like the company is aware of that issue too and just hasn’t done anything to fix it based on the reviews I’ve read.
I ordered a bed almost identical to the first picture at the top. It was great quality and super cheap for having the sides too not just the headboard. We’ve had it 5 years and it still looks great even after 2 moves. I would order again if the price was right. No bed bug issues here.

I know someone who actually made her own headboard that resembles the second one. It came out really nice and was much cheaper. Mostly elbow grease!

Try estate sales or thrift stores, we bought ours at a thrift store for $50 and it is solid heavy wood. Amazing quality (I’m also west coast Riverside Ca area)
It’s super easy to make your own. My husband and I made ours and I love it! Way cheaper and better quality. 🙂

We ordered 2 upholstered chairs and a mirror from Wayfair about 4 years ago. They are in our living room so they don’t get tons of use. Prices were excellent and quality good. Shipping speedy. We were happy!

We bought two upholstered headboards for our twin toddlers this summer. About two months after setting them up, one of them wrote with a dry erase marker on the fabric😳. I was able to get the stain out and the fabric still looks perfect! They look adorable in their room and have held up better than I expected.

I’ve never heard anything about bedbugs and Wayfair. My MIL just bought us a headboard from Wayfair and we’ve had no issues and love it. I have friends and my BIL who have all bought couches from them and never had beg bugs. They’re a reliable company.

Ordered ours just before Thanksgiving. It arrived quickly, though the box was damaged. Luckily the headboard was well protected.
Haven’t noticed any bed bugs, though now I feel like they are crawling all over me! LOL
I’ve ordered several items from Wayfair/Joss & Main (dining table, chairs, dining room light fixture, outdoor curtains, a rug, the headboard, my desk) and all have been great. The one issue I’ve had is my desk, it is MDF with the painted top and along the edges it seems to easily scratch. But I can deal with that, it isn’t too bad.
We got a media stand last year. It was half the price of anything similar I found. It arrived with the top broken in half but the customer service was excellent and sent another one quickly. I love it and am impressed with the quality for how inexpensive it was.
